A POC is a designated individual — typically a unit leader, NCO, or trusted member — who coordinates the custom coin order on behalf of their unit or organization. The POC acts as the single point of communication between Red Dot Nation and the unit.
There is a $200 design fee, which is applied toward your order upon final approval and production.
Initial mockups are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Bronze POCs receive up to 10 revisions; Silver and Gold POCs receive unlimited revisions. Turnaround for each revision is 1–2 business days. Production begins only after you give final approval. Total time from approval to delivery is typically 8–10 weeks.
Red Dot Nation handles all artwork and unit information with strict confidentiality. Files are never shared publicly and are deleted from our systems upon request after order completion.
Yes. We offer both consolidated shipping to a single POC address and distributed shipping to individual unit members. Distributed shipping fees may apply depending on order size and locations.
We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, or high-res PDF) for the sharpest results. We also accept PNG and JPG at 300 DPI or higher. If you only have a sketch or photo, our design team can recreate it digitally — standard design fee applies.
